By buying a product from this shop you agree to these terms. Please read them before you pay.

1. What you are buying

Our products are digital files — PDF and EPUB books — delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped. You are buying a licence to use the files, not the files' copyright.

2. Delivery

After payment is confirmed, the files are made available to you by download link and/or email to the address you gave at checkout. Please enter your email address carefully — that is where your book goes. If your files have not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then write to contact@parallelpagespress.shop and we will send them again.

3. Your licence

You may:

• read the files on any devices you own, and print copies for your own personal use and for members of your household;
• keep the files for as long as you like.

You may not:

• share, sell, resell, rent, lend, give away, upload or otherwise distribute the files or any part of them, whether as files or as printouts;
• post them on any website, forum, file-sharing service or social platform;
• remove or alter the copyright notices, the imprint, or the shop address that appear on the pages;
• use the text or illustrations to create other products, courses or apps, or feed them to an AI system for training.

Every page of every book carries the Parallel Pages Press imprint and copyright. If a copy is found being shared or sold by anyone other than Parallel Pages Press, that copy is unlicensed.

4. Refunds

See the Refund Policy below, which forms part of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All text, illustrations, layouts and cover designs are the property of Parallel Pages Press and are protected by copyright. All rights reserved.

6. About the content

Our books are independent self-study materials. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any examination board, university or language institute. We take care over the German and its translations, but no learning material can guarantee a particular result in an exam or in conversation.

7. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in the currency of the shop at the time of purchase; any bank or currency-conversion charges are yours.

8. Privacy

We use your email address to deliver your purchase and, if you have not opted out, to send occasional messages about our books. We do not sell your details. You can unsubscribe from messages at any time using the link in any email.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for problems caused by your device, software, email provider or internet connection.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown in the shop when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase. These terms are provided in English and German; if the two versions differ, the English version applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Parallel Pages Press is established. Nothing in them takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Refund Policy

Because our books are digital files that cannot be returned once you have received them, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations after the download link or email has been sent. Please look at the sample pages and the description on the product page before you buy — they show exactly what is inside.

We will always put right:

• a file that is corrupt, will not open, or is missing pages — we will replace it;
• a delivery that never arrived — we will resend it;
• a duplicate purchase made by mistake on the same day — write to us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate.

To claim any of these, email contact@parallelpagespress.shop with your order number.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom: by law you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends as soon as delivery begins. By completing your purchase you expressly agree that delivery starts immediately after payment, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal. This does not affect your legal rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
